The School of Veterinary Medicine offers a 5-year Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) programme, with first-class scientific and clinical training in veterinary medicine. Through our integrative approach, we not only prepare you for a successful career, but also provide you with the academic foundations for a research career. Our curriculum is aligned with the UK Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, the European Association of Establishments for Veterinary Education, the American Veterinary Medical Association, and the World Organization for Animal Health.

 

The Medical School provides a dual-path Doctor of Medicine (MD) programme: a 6-year track for high school graduates and a 5-year track for those with an undergraduate degree in any field. After completing the Basic and Clinical Sciences Years of our medical programmes, students can complete the final two years of practical training at the Hirslanden Clinic in Zurich and its selected partners. The programmes are listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools and accredited by the World Federation for Medical Education standards
